All patterns are made and designed by Leila and Ben. Smudge Clothing has procured the rights to make and sell the 'Sweet Little Dress'
PAYMENT:
Smudge Clothing accepts Paypal and bank desposits. Payment is due within three (3) days of placing an order. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order may be cancelled and the item(s) relisted.
ORDERS:
All orders are subject to fabric availability. Smudge Clothing will try to ensure that all dresses advertised are available, but in some cases a delay may be caused if there is a fabric shortage. In this case Smudge Clothing will contact the buyer and a refund will be offered if required. Dress availability is noted in the product description of each dress. Please check this before purchasing.
WHOLESALE:

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Smudge Clothing. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us and return the item within 10 days of delivery, and we will exchange it or refund its purchase price. Sorry, we do not refund shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong item.
We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, has been washed, used, or is damaged in any way.
SHIPPING TIME
We offer our customers prompt shipping - however all our dresses are made to order. Please allow one week for the dress to be made and then a further 3 days shipping for all NZ orders, 8 days for shipping to Australia and 16 days for the rest of the world. We will notify you by email if there are any problems with the shipment of your order that may result in a delay.
SHIPPING OVERCHARGES:
Significant shipping overcharges are refunded upon shipment of your order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES/FEES:
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties and taxes that may be incurred on your purchase.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Please note that in the unlikely event that your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we are not responsible for the loss or damage. For extra protection, please purchase insurance. If you would like insurance, notify me and I will update your invoice.
